Clubbing
HM... Alternative indie-folk band Hm..., which is known on the Czech club scene mainly for its sensitive and entertaining musical setting of the poetry of Antonín Sova, Josef Kainar and Ivan Blatný. However, the latest album Nevadí, released on the Polí5 label, was built by band members Marek Doubrava, Viktor Ekrt, Filip Nebřenský and Jaroslav Noga on original material. Eight of the twelve lyrics were contributed by multi-instrumentalist and composer Marek Doubrava, who was led to write more of his own lyrics by the desire to communicate directly with people at a concert. Nevadí, like all previous albums, was recorded by Hm... with Ondřej Ježek at the JáMor studio.
The Addams Family
A mysterious, gloomy house in a secluded area outside the city near a cemetery. Here lives the somewhat peculiar Addams family, whose members delight in creepy and morbid humor. Their favorite color is black and they consider death to be the most beautiful thing in life. However, the Addams family's daily, terrifying routine changes drastically when young Wednesday brings her new boyfriend Lucas. Lucas' parents are also scheduled to visit this demonic household, and Wednesday, who is in love and has been replaced, demands that her relatives behave normally. Like normal people - that is, completely different from what they are used to. The members of the strange Addams family first appeared in 1938 in a comic strip by Charles Addams, and their stories were then published in The New Yorker magazine for five decades until the author's death in 1988. Charles Addams drew over 1,300 comic strips during his life.

Jiří Stivín – musician and photographer
The eccentric flautist in the cap has been, and still is, a kind of visual "logo" for decades, the embodiment of Czech jazz, even at the age of eighty-two. This is despite the fact that for most of his life Jiří Stivín has transcended this narrow box in all sorts of directions. For example, in addition to music, his lifelong passion is photography, as we will see at the retrospective exhibition at JazzFestBrno.

Belzebong (PL) + Sloth
BELZEBONG (PL) The loudest riffs, fuzzy guitars, stoner, doom and metal heavy psychedelia. Hypnotic live performances have made the Polish Belzebong an underground legend of the muddy sound of sludge groove swamps and green smoke. Belzebong have a number of acclaimed albums to their credit such as Sonic Scapes & Weedy Grooves, Greenferno or Light the Dankness and a number of tours in Europe and the USA. They are currently working on a new album, where we expect at least the same uncompromising sound of deep riffs and psychedelic melodies that we are used to from these worshippers of bongos and loud guitars.

It was used in the liturgy until the second half of the 16th century, when it was removed from it. We play songs from different periods, from hits to minimalistic things, for the most part in very original arrangements."
Děti deště (křest) + Guest
The band Children of the Rain will christen their new album in Brno at Silver Rocket. A hungry and dangerous band on the hunt for killer sounds. A prehistoric tribe in an industrial zone, an ancient community of guitar storms. Simply a "styrofoam barn". Children of the Rain don't look back, Children of the Rain don't look ahead. Children of the Rain experience a big bang with every second and their blood bond, tied with wires, roars to the whole world: this sound of MAKÁ. Needles, spikes, billets and stakes of a dark factory, pulsating with the rhythm of a wild party. Hard fucking rock from the depths of an unknown galaxy. And beware: when it comes to family, they don't know their brother.

The Jackal Years
The Jackal Years is set in Prague's Dejvice in the late 1950s, living peacefully in its "small town" way in the shadow of the red star at the top of the International Hotel. One day, a young man named Bejby bursts into the world of parents living with the everyday worries of early socialism and their children, whose sense of the "outside world" is determined by the exotic contents of the hotel's trash cans. The innocent dustman causes a stir with his eccentric clothing and passion for "unknown" rock and roll rhythms; the youth are thrilled and the parents despair. Bejby's appearance, amplified in the story by the rock and roll hits of Ivan Hlas, which have now become popular (such as Jednu mi fotr požiadě, Na kolena or Rock'n'roll pro Beethovena), thus marks a key turning point in the lives of a generation of boys. The popular story of dreaming about a different, better world beyond the limits of a desperately gray reality appears on the stage of the Music Stage in our original production and musical adaptation. It is directed by Stanislav Slovák.
Singer and composer with a distinctive style on the border of indie pop and alternative. Slavíček brings a unique combination of civility and energy. In his compositions, he combines fragility with irony, playfulness with deep content. His music seems effortless, but carries a clear style and attitude. He acts like a breath of fresh air on the Czech scene – young, natural, convincing and believable.

Christmas Fish Mass
Hey, master, get up, you bright one! You keep an eye on the beauty, at this time of night: Do you build a Bethlehem at home for Christmas? And are there also figures of shepherds in it, who carry gifts to the newborn Jesus? That is exactly what the teacher Jakub Jan Ryba wrote a beautiful mass about long ago. About how the shepherds heard the singing of angels, saw the glow in the sky and set off for Bethlehem. And because they were poor, they presented the baby Jesus with the best they had – music. Let us embark on this joyful pilgrimage with them this year and bow to the one who gave light to the world.

Elbe + FDK
Elbe is a band that is not afraid to go deep and cross the boundaries of genres. Their music is dark, dynamic and at the same time fragile, combining heavy metal riffs with atmospheric passages. Each of their concerts is an intense experience that will transport you to another world – a world of darkness and hope, melancholy and catharsis. The band will present their new album Peculiar. FDK's compositions spread over wide emotional plains, the vastness of which allows each of the emotional impulses that their urgent tone can cause to stand out. While the post-rock surfaces of FDK's music exude a soaring quality, the hardcore foundation gives it a rough touch. The essential remains the suggestiveness of massive sound walls, in which guitar surfaces play a leading role, formed not only by hard riffs, but also by subtle lines that represent life-giving veins in the rough hardcore tissue. The band is releasing a new single in the fall - so let's look forward to another good portion of their distinctive post metal!
Last 4 performances. Special guest in the role of Alcina Magdalena Kožená.
