BARE ESCAPE
The South Moravian band Bare Escape made their debut with the album In A Flash, and not even a year passed when their next album, What If We Burn It, was released on the Brno label Kabinet Records. On both recordings, the energy of musicians meet, namely Aleš Gajdošík (De Mood, Ette Enaka, solo project Aleshi), the duo Tomáš Hruban and David Mikeš (both from VDYD), and they were initially joined on bass by Vendula Pukyšová from sinks and Nichi Mlebom, who was replaced by Rhys Braddock of Metronome Blues and Gerda Blank after recording the second album. The intersection of several different musical approaches brought by each of the members refers to the best of the American indie, emo and hardcore scene of the late nineties. At the beginning of 2022, Miloš Bogdan (KODDN, Levantadores, Ette Enaka) joined the band as a new bassist.

ON THE ROOF
The young five-member band from the Eagle Mountains released their debut album Urban Entropy in 2022, on which they defined their sound and idea of modern guitar music. She christened the album right here in Alterna on the Open Air Stage.
Melodic vocals and saxophone penetrate the collage-like riffs and spontaneous rhythms in the cloud of electronic arrangements. Colorful compositions, sound experiments and distinctive instrumental passages are all the more predatory and intense at live performances.
