This year's grand culmination will take place in a beautiful concert hall in Zlín with rare guests led by the festival's patron, mezzo-soprano Magdalena Kožena. She is not only a great singer, but she can also build her concerts perfectly in terms of dramaturgy. It will be no different this time: in addition to her partner Sir Simon Rattle as pianist Magdalena, she invited her friends, excellent soloists in their fields, who together form a completely unique group working exclusively on this chamber project. The pearl will be several of Dvořák's songs, which were arranged especially for this ensemble by the English composer and conductor Duncan Ward, or Janáček's Rhymes, which Magdalena found in adaptation for voice, piano and clarinet: "Everyone knows Rhymes in their final choral version, but for clarinet and piano. It is almost never done this way; I'm looking forward to showing them to the festival audience! "
