Leoš Hort aka HRTL is a top performer on a modular synthesizer and the founder of the Brno-based cassette label Bükko Tapes, which releases music by Eastern European bedroom producers. He is also the stable driver of Bastl Instruments, which produces hand-made open-source music hardware.
