Increasingly, the new wave rap / trap and hardcore-punk scene of the 80's and 90's is being talked about. In the case of Denis Bang, at the same time the frontman of Trnava's punks The Wilderness, these are definitely not empty words. His project FVCK_KVLT combines a real DIY approach and the political involvement of the punk scene with the emo-trap sound of artists such as Bones, Ghostemane or Suicide Boys. His beats include the dark voodoo of Memphis rap, samples of cz / sk club bands and sometimes the original boombap underground (let's remind the Slovak legend Trosky). This creates an ideal accompaniment to Denis's texts, immersed in the depths of the city's emptiness. But FVCK_KVLT describes loneliness, the fight against depression, the desire and the complexity to experience real relationships and emotions rawly, without self-pity or exaggerated pathos.

Garage rock with a decent charge of psychedelia and pop. “The Pop Nirvana drive combined with the echoes of the best 60s and 70s proto-punk beats as a cornerstone of the band, which clearly demonstrates, that one does not have to experience the 90s, to play them better than 99% of the flagship Burger Records bands. Occasional smell of the Black Sabbath is then just an icing on the cake. "
