HOLY MOTORS (EE)
Soundtrack to never-filmed westerns without significant mood swings and tempo. Estonian five-piece Holy Motors from Tallinn drowns country music in melancholy and reverb. The group, led by the charismatic singer Eliann Tulve, basically plays dreamy Americana, which can be described as dreamcountry with shoegaze sounds. Slow Sundown's debut major album garnered success from media outlets such as Pitchfork, Noisey and The Quietus. And the current album Horse from 2020 continues the best of the previous record.

ACID ROW
Stoner-rock group Acid Row celebrated its ten-year anniversary last year, and because the guys don't rest on their laurels, they released the excellent album Afterglow this year. An album that reeks of death, the mystery of the afterlife, and the fascination of the moment. This trio from Prague plays energetic stoner rock with the tendencies and attitude of punk, which sometimes smells of doom metal and elements of psychedelic rock. A wild genre crossover that Acid Row firmly holds together!

PLANETS
Originally from Silesia, today based in Prague, Planety is a band from the Silver Rocket stable, whose work refers to 90s alternative rock. The band came to the attention of music fans thanks to their debut album Peklo, Peklo, Ráj, which was released by the legendary label MámaMrdáMaso. More than half a decade has passed since the last record Vzuchd je hrob je vzduch, which is a perfectly functioning double album by the way, and last year Planety remembered with the excellent shoegaze-indie-rock EP Rýnské zlato.

BATCH FESTIVAL
Batch, the largest batch of club music in Brno's history, will connect thirteen clubs with a varied multi-genre music program for a single entrance fee on 30 September - 1 October. The event is organized by BACH - Brno Club Music Association.
Batch aims to point out the vibrancy of the Brno cultural sphere, the rich musical history and the present, as well as the importance of the common voice of actors on the club scene.
It will take place in the clubs Alterna, ArtBar Druhy Pád, Fléda, Kabinet muz, Kafara, Metro Music Bar, Music Lab, Ponava, Rusty Nail, Sibiř, Sono Music Club, Stará Pekárna and Vegalité. Visitors can choose between a one-day or two-day ticket valid for all clubs.
