WEEDPECKER (PL)

Dreamy psychedelic rock melodies with elements of stoner and grunge. Weedpecker formed in Warsaw, Poland in 2012 when brothers Piotr and Bartek Dobry got together and have since released four albums of "the best heavy duty psychedelic rock" the scene has ever seen.
After the release of the album "III" (2018), longtime members Bartek Dobry, Robert Kulakowski and Grzegorz Pawlowski left the band. In 2020, the band returned with a new line-up with members Dopelord and Major Kong and played their first concerts not only with new members but also with a new instrumental arrangement with keyboards.
The latest record "IV: The Stream of Forgotten Thoughts" was released in 2021 and revealed the first recordings since the line-up change. With subtle psychedelic gems reminiscent of early Tame Impala, Oh Sees-esque stormy rock blasts and of course their signature melodic heavy riffs, Weedpecker remain one of the continent's most exciting psychedelic bands.

DOPELORD

Partying, rehearsing and gigging. The brilliant stoner/doom band Dopelord from Poland, which was founded at the end of 2010 in Lublin, emerged from the same depths as the forefathers of the Black Sabbath genre. Their main inspirations are: old movies, 70s music and magical herbs.

ACID ROW

Stoner-rock group Acid Row recently celebrated ten years since their formation and subsequently released the excellent album Afterglow. An album that reeks of death, the mystery of the afterlife, and the fascination of the moment. This trio from Prague plays energetic stoner rock with the tendencies and attitude of punk, which sometimes smells of doom metal and elements of psychedelic rock. A wild genre crossover that holds together tightly!
