The band director, excellent saxophonist Radek Zapadlo (Vilem Spilka Quartet, Cotatcha Orchestra, Ondřej Ruml, Matej Benko and others) set up a band inspired by the legendary recordings of Jimmy Smith "Back At The Chicken Shack" and "Midnight Special".
The repertoire of the band is dominated by earthy blues accompanied by jazz standards. The band will engage the audience with blues truth and direct musical communication.
