The Atavists are awarded two Angel 2018 awards. It is a four-piece musical project balancing on the border of blues, stoner-rock and the influence of surf bands from the sixties. The band's distinctive sound is formed by dirty guitars, a retro organ and a distinctive vocal performance by frontman Adam Krofian.
