ATZUR (ESP/AT)

Atzur is an Austrian-Spanish duo formed by singer and pianist Patricia and drummer Paul, who founded the band in the winter of 2018 in Vienna. With a minimalist but strongly expressive line-up – piano, analogue synthesizer and acoustic drums – they manage to create an impressive musical universe full of emotions and contrasts. Their debut single Running quickly scored in the charts of Austrian radio FM4 and German EGOFm and collected more than half a million streams on Spotify. Atzur presented themselves as an opening act for bands such as Algiers or Giant Rooks and performed concerts across Germany, Spain, Portugal, Austria and France. After a notable performance at the BIME festival in Bilbao, they headed to the famous Primavera Sound festival in Barcelona in June 2023. Their debut album STRANGE RITUALS was released on September 15, 2023 and was followed by a sold-out European tour.
