Poesía de ritmo

Poesía de ritmo is a new musical-dance project inspired by Argentinean tango (A. Piazolla, C. Gardel), jazz and flamenco. All these influences are the basic elements for joint improvisation with these musicians: Iva Bartošová (piano), Jitka Břízova (violin) and Jana Šafaříková (dance). Musical stories, sometimes melancholic, sometimes energetic, resemble the atmosphere of time gone by, bitter-sweet films with dance where there is a place for all feelings, passion alternates with sadness, nostalgia with playfulness, and with a honest sincerity, but in which it feels exaggerated.
