Vítek's quartet… a real, unadulterated, honest, Czech big beat and the most famous pieces, such as the absolutely indelible Prague demon from music history.
An evening full of energy, predatory rock music, unbridled improvisation, but also a real big-bit show will be offered by this legendary band, where they will remember the pubs of the 80's and their atmosphere. And most importantly, the popes of Czech rock, after many years in the original line-up and supplemented by new members, will introduce themselves to the Olomouc audience. Vítek's quartet has been performing since the early 1980s. Throughout its existence, it has performed with a virtually unchanging repertoire. Vítek's quartet has been active on the Czech rock scene, so it has been formed from the group "Fixed Part" for more than 30 years. In the eighties, she performed mainly in clubs in Prague and at the same time performed as much as possible at all possible cultural events. In 1984, Vítek's quartet rehearsed music for the musical "Don Juan" for the ensemble Pradivadlo. A song from this musical ("Who Knows") won the award for best song at Rockfest. In the same year, Vítek's quartet won at the Vokalíz.
