Danube and Iva Bittová again after more than 20 years
One of the most inventive and original bands of the 80's and 90's. DANUBE and the most prominent personality of the Czech alternative scene known to listeners as a singer, violinist and instrumentalist at the interface of styles IVA BITTOVÁ will meet again after more than 20 years at four extraordinary concerts - in Brno, Prague, Louny and Jablonec nad Nisou.
"I myself was surprised that Iva went into it, that she wanted to play big with us again. I assume that it was the idea of ​​Romek Hanzlík and we are very happy for it," says bandleader and singer Vladimír Václavek.
Many personalities passed through the band Danube. Iva Bittová played with them in the years 1986 - 1988, when they also released the CD Iva Bittová + Dunaj. They performed together irregularly in the 90's with the album Pustit must, where there were old and new songs.
