Brno Philharmonic announces a selection procedure for the position of advance sales administrator. Starting from 1 August 2019.
The position of advance sales administrator and data base management will be filled on a part-time (0.5) basis. The position aims to ensure normal operation of the advance sales – ticket sales and issuing invoices, telephone and e-mail communication with customers. Management of data in the system (creating of events, subscriber database management, ..). Evening on-site sales before concerts. Sales and care of promotional items and gift vouchers. Distribution of promotional prints. Starting from 1 August 2019.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- secondary education with GCSE
- communication skills
- clear criminal record
The following skills are an advantage:
- experience in sales
- knowledge of the Colosseum sales system
- active knowledge of English
