They have been playing together for more than three decades, and although the trio of Hammond organ, guitar and drums knows a lot about jazz history, it was they who created a unique and organic sound that has become a symbol of sophisticated and groove-filled jazz. Their music is full of telepathic interaction, deep harmonies and unbridled improvisation.

While still a student, he was a member of the first very important band of his career, namely the Organic Quartet led by organist Ondřej Pivec. In 2007, he debuted with his solo album On The Playground.

Narvan is firmly connected to its roots. In the original line-up with a new singer and guitarist. After a hiatus that lasted almost a quarter of a century, the Brno funk rocket Narvan is returning to the scene with the three original members on board, supplemented by new partners. They commemorate the legacy of singer Mario and guitarist Marty with dignity and full force.

It is often forgotten that the piano is a percussive instrument. When you listen to Amaro Freitas, you immediately remember this. That is what they wrote about this new star of Brazilian jazz, who has Latin American rhythmic foundations in his blood, head, hands and heart, as well as the impulses of the most modern music.

Michael Krásný is a singer, entertainer and above all musician, the court bassist of the legendary jazz trumpeter Laco Deczi, with whom he has been collaborating in his band Celula New York since 2012 not only as a sideman and singer, but also as a producer of his albums and projects (e.g. Symphonic Ballads, Proton). Immediately after accepting Deczi's engagement, he moved to New York, where over the years he has developed from busking on the streets of Manhattan to iconic playing in the subway, to performing not only on the club and bar scene, but also to collaborating with major world-famous artists, such as New York singer and award-winning jazz pianist Peter Cincotti, with whom Michael has played several of his world tours. His energetic and sensual playing electrifies audiences at premium venues and events around the world. His sensitively woven compositions integrate a wide range of styles, including funk, rock, R&B, jazz, soul and Latin American rhythms. It combines impeccable professionalism, a love of music and a constant commitment to innovation.

Koňe a Prase – The band was formed in 2013 on the initiative of Martin and Viktor, originally as a project intended to play at openings. In 2015, Lenka joined them and the band gradually began to take shape into its current form. Kpt. Krab – Jára Cimrman village discos. A show full of songs, spoken word, unconventional humor, love, a joke about a horse in a bar, dance beats and catchy choruses.

Vltava is one of the most unique Czech music groups and a popular fixture on club and festival stages. Their colorful songs full of imagery and infectious musical energy reliably reach listeners of all generations! The current concert program is based on popular songs from the famous album "Marx Engels Beatles" on the occasion of its recent release on LP. This is a unique opportunity to experience the energy of the late 90s and hear live songs that have been missing from the classic band's playlist for many years!

HYPOCRISY has a very rich history, more than 30 years, with 12 albums, hundreds of concerts around the world and thousands of fans. This influential Swedish death metal band was created by the will of one person, and his name is Peter Tägtgren. HYPOCRISY reaps success with both their records and their live shows and is constantly working on themselves, developing, improving, growing. Their heavy, rich sound, catchy riffs, crushing drums, obscure lyrics and versatile vocals are the hallmarks of this exciting bunch of fantastic musicians.

In 2006, five young musicians came together in Brno with a common desire to experience the legacy of rock giants Led Zeppelin firsthand. Together, they founded the band Myst with the aim of conveying to listeners the unique atmosphere of legendary songs such as Stairway To Heaven, Immigrant Song, Whole Lotta Love and many others. The performance of the now experienced musicians is not so much about authentic appearance as about the sound and energy that Led Zeppelin were famous for. Few singers can come close to Robert Plant's voice on stage like frontman Zdeněk. Guitarist Ondra, on the other hand, brilliantly mastered Page's riffs at the age of thirteen. The rhythm section, performed by the energetic bassist Mira and drummer Menat, with a gong and Ludwig drums, will remind you why the airship was made of lead. Marek joins them on keyboards to bring the sound to perfection in thoughtful songs such as No Quarter. ...and a double-neck guitar as a bonus! In 2023, guitarist Derias left the band after many years and was replaced by Ondra.

Plum Dumplings – Brno alternative rock band with almost twenty years of history is known for its raw, yet poetic sound. In 2025, they released their third album Bezpečí on Indies Scope, which delves into the themes of isolation, introspection and escapism. Adéla Polka's characteristic, chilling vocals, together with a strong literary inspiration, create a strongly personal and at the same time universal statement. The band's work is accompanied by subtle irony and a gradual shift from noisy walls of sound to a more enlightened, although still dark rock sound. The inhabitants of the brick house combine the sound of a classical piano with punk to metal-tuned rhythms and female vocals. Their genre spread is wide – from chanson tenderness to jazz playfulness to punk urgency. OCD can handle both straightforward (and relatively hard) burners and more complicated prog rock songs interspersed with frantic rhythmic changes.

New York noise rock trio A Place To Bury Strangers has been captivating audiences with their blend of post-punk, noise rock, shoegaze, psychedelia and avant-garde music for two decades. After a sold-out Brno premiere, they are now returning to Kabinet MÚZ accompanied by electronic darkwave icons Kontravoid.

Motorband – 40 years on the road (MB40 Tour 2026) is an annual series of concerts by the Czech rock band Motorband. The band will perform together with the band Donor and special guests on April 11, 2026 at the Sono Music Club in Brno. The excellent young band Donor and several prominent singers of the Czech rock scene will also perform at six stops throughout the Czech Republic.

One of the most prominent Czech bands, Druhá tráva, is celebrating its 35th anniversary with a special tour of Czech cities. In April 2026, they will perform in five venues across the country with an exclusive guest – American singer and multi-instrumentalist Tim O’Brien, a Grammy winner and member of the West Virginia and Colorado Hall of Fame. The legends of Czech and American acoustic music will meet on the same stage for the first time ever.

The junior company will present its second premiere in the 2025/2026 season in February under the title NdB 2: Dispute / Archa /Inside. The eighth premiere evening will present three original choreographies created specifically for NdB2. In a dramaturgically diverse triptych, three different authorial perspectives meet, which develop the interpretive abilities of young dancers and at the same time respond to the themes that accompany them on their path to adult artistic expression.

PROGRAM Johann Sebastian Bach: transcriptions of concertos for solo flute. SOLI Michaela Koudelková – flutes, Dagmar Valentová – violin Michaela Koudelková’s virtuoso solo recital will present Johann Sebastian Bach in an unconventional light. Transcriptions of his famous instrumental concertos for solo flute will be performed, revealing the melodic invention and polyphonic mastery of this Baroque genius.

Guitarist, singer, songwriter and producer Isaiah Sharkey combines funk ferocity, jazz depth and R&B emotional intensity in his seductive original music. Once described as a child prodigy, today he is appreciated for his versatility, ability to find strength in simplicity, teamwork and the ability to establish immediate contact with the audience.

The band began its career in 1999. During more than 20 years of ABBA tribute activity, it has been reworked into the world elite. The band's greatest asset is its completely live performances without auxiliary musical background, the singing of the main protagonists, the musical talent of the instrumentalists. The main quartet is complemented by bass guitar and drums. One of the band's greatest achievements is its victory as the best ABBA Tribute in a competition organized by French television and watched by more than 70 million people. Another achievement is the official approval of the performance of the legal department of the original ABBA production Polar Music Sweden and a personal meeting with Benny Anderson in Stockholm. The achievement that we value most is the Abborn trademark as a result of long-term success on foreign stages.

Ester Kočičková & Moody Cat Band will perform an incorrect song show about God, love and death. In a roughly two-hour, in many ways truly incorrect song festival, the most famous and most important world hits will be heard. The musical form of the individual songs is usually different, often revealing and surprising, thanks to the only possible trio Moody Cat Band playing in the following composition: Petr Zatloukal (acoustic guitar, vocals), Přemysl Matějovic (bass guitar) and Petr Kamiš (drums and percussion).

After the successful autumn season of both bands, Michal Hrůza and the band Imodium decided to continue the spring part of the tour together. While Imodium is continuing the tour of its last year's critically acclaimed album Horizont, Michal Hrůza is going to present a brand new album - Kouzlo samoty. The joint concerts will not only be an audiovisual experience, combined with popular and new hits of both bands, but will also be marked by a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, which is also confirmed by the previous cooperation of both frontmen, for example, from 2010, when Michal Hrůza was a guest on the Imodia album Polarity.

DVA (Jan Kratochvíl and Barbora Ungerová) have found their place on the Czech and international scene over the past 18 years. The band transcends the boundaries of established musical genres and literally speaks its own language, which only they understand, yet they have managed to gain many fans all over the world.

Perhaps none of the participants in the Venetian premiere, which was a devastating fiasco, believed that they had just witnessed the birth of one of the most popular and most performed Italian operas. Verdi found a theme close to him in the novel about the love of the courtesan Violetta and Alfredo, which is not desired by his father or society. He knew the setting well – Paris, a city full of hustle and bustle, was never his favorite, and the tragic story reminded him of his own life experience. For years he had lived in a free union with the soprano Giuseppina Strepponi and felt firsthand the society's opposition to the "illegal" relationship. His personal experience undoubtedly enhanced the understanding and compassion for the main heroine, which permeate the entire opera... The clear lyrical music, where Italian bel canto is closely combined with dramatic expression, added poignancy to the tragic love story of the famous Parisian courtesan, thus giving rise to an opera evergreen.
