HUMAN IMPACT (USA, Ipecac Rec.) + Degens

HUMAN IMPACT (USA, Ipecac Rec.) Members of Unsane, Cop Shoot Cop, Daughters and Made Out of Babies. American noise rock supergroup HUMAN IMPACT is a fusion of genre legends whose paths have crossed for three decades before finally coming together in 2018. Fronted by Chris Spencer (Unsane) and Jim Coleman (Cop Shoot Cop), the band is joined by drummer Jon Syverson (Unsane, formerly Daughters) and bassist Eric Cooper (Unsane, formerly Made Out of Babies), who replaced Phil Puleo and Chris Pravdica (both formerly of Swans) on the new album. The band debuted in 2020 with an eponymous album under the Ipecac Recordings label, which immediately became a sensation thanks to its unique sound full of hypnotic harmonies, raw riffs, dark melodies and socio-political themes.
