The capital of Denmark has had its own specific sound in (alternative) pop in recent years – graduates of the local music academy include Erika de Casier, Astrid Sonne and ML Buch, as well as Fine Glindvad Jensen. In the past, she worked as a composer and performer in the band Chinah, but in 2023 she embarked on a solo career, which she confirmed a year later with her debut album Rocky Top Ballads. Love songs that revive emotions in enigmatic fragments and small situations, and stories from various distant pasts capture an elusive longing for something that is long gone.
