SMALL TOWN LIFE
Small Town Life are a Slovak garage band whose music stands on the edge of dirt and hardness of the 90s with naive sixties melodies. They complement their mixture of guitar noise with raw vocals with a dirty but catchy urgency. They recorded their debut album Common Gray (2021) as a trio, which resulted in a darker sound. Thematically, the songs on the record point to the hypocrisy and shallowness of the generation to which the band members belong. Since this year, they have been playing in a new line-up with the second guitarist Štefi Tomek.
