The Orwellian dystopia materialized into the gray reality of normalizing Czechoslovakia. An important center for Big Brother's servants was also the White House, where the Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Czech Republic was located, as well as a school and an educational center for agitators. The building was built in 1974, so it's worth remembering what could have happened there in the following decade. It sounds both seductive and terrifying.
