FILHARMONIE BRNO: HOŘÍNKA, JANÁČEK

07/04/24, 19:00

The performance of the Glagolitic Mass is one of the most solemn concerts of the festival. Under the baton of Tomáš Netopil, it will close this year's edition (as in 2017, when it was conducted by the newly minted chief conductor of the Brno Philharmonic, Dennis Russell Davies). Janáček's work will be performed after the Brno premiere of Slavomír Hořínka's orchestral composition Raduj se III, which was originally commissioned by the Czech Philharmonic.
