Music Marathon Brno 2022 I Ester Kočičková & Moody Cat Band

Legendary comedian, singer, actress, lyricist and presenter. We are talking about Ester Kočičková, real name Renata Kozáková. She got her pseudonym in the Czech Radio's entertainment program "Kamenná školka". She probably became widely known for her stand-up comedy performances in the programs "Na stojáka" and "Comedy Club". This time, the peculiar "polyester" of the domestic cultural scene will present herself to the audience as an uncompromising lyricist, as well as a terribly compromising, but perhaps still biologically sustainable singer. In the roughly two-hour song festival, the best-known and most essential world hits will be heard: from selections from jazz standards, through partial excursions into the repertoire of Amy Winehouse, Lou Reed, David Bowie, Rammstein, Boney M. Other - often revealing and surprising - is usually also musical appearance of the individual songs, thanks to the brilliant accompaniment trio Moody Cat Band, playing in the composition: Petr Zatloukal, Přemysl Matějovic and Petr Kamiš.
