A jazz-infused infusion of contemporary dance based on a play by Tennessee Williams, performed by Arthur Pita and the DEKKADANCERS. Former Southern belle Blanche DuBois pays an unexpected visit to Sister Stella and her abusive husband Stanley. Blanche's fragile world crumbles as Stanley begins to get dangerously close to the truth about her past. Through captivating choreography, captivating music and an excellent cast, we will be transported to a place where reality and illusion, fragility and masculinity as well as warmth and indifference collide. DEKKADANCERS bring to Prague the world-famous and progressive team of choreographer and director Arthur Pita. In this unique composition, he transforms Tennessee Williams' classic play from 1947 into a contemporary and electrifying music-dance experience. The original music of leading composer Frank Moon will fill the raw and sweaty atmosphere of summer New Orleans. The set and costumes of the designer Yann Seabra will bring a period stamp to the production.

All three personalities live and work in London. Arthur Pita (originally Portuguese), Frank Moon (British) and Yann Seabra (originally Brazilian) created productions for the most prestigious world stages, such as The Royal Ballet and Sadler's Wells in London, the San Francisco Ballet or the Joyce Theater in New York.
