The Slovak Mucha Quartet is a classic quartet ensemble, but it also has a close relationship with folklore. In cooperation with the inimitable and improvising Iva Bittová, its every performance is original, especially when based on the music of Béla Bartók or Leoš Janáček, two of the greatest folklorist composers from Central Europe.
