Easter Minitour 2022
Three Slovak bands, in three days and three cities with Czech cherry. Start Easter in style and come and break a few musical eggs with a very interesting CZ / SK set!
WAYD (sk)
Who saw this band live? Yes, grossly underestimated tech / death / avant-garde metal experimenters are still working and for the first time in their history they will go to the Czech Republic for a club "tour". There weren't many opportunities to see the guys (Brutal Assault) and it's no wonder - when you play "weird" hard music, you definitely can't count on fast fame and since the last Ghostwalk record was released 15 years ago…
Times have changed and maybe it's time to remember how original this band really is.
MORTHYMER (cz)
The only Czech representative and black horse of the group? Functionally the youngest band, but rich in experience. The basis is a duo from the defunct Keep On Rotting in Litoměřice - guitarist Láďa and drummer Hanzz - and bassist Petr joined them.
So far, the purely instrumental trio still produces highly technical music, but unlike KoR, with a greater inclination towards progressive metal and experiments. Here, too, we will probably wait for some more time for an official recording, but the bigger reason is to come and see for yourself.

The Bratislava Holotropics have also been running slowly for 10 years and are closest to the Czech scene of all the Slovaks, for example, with Martin Schuster hosting them on their great debut Permeate (2014). The record was then toured the Czech Republic.
Currently, the guys are working (finally) on the next record, so maybe we will see some news. In any case, in style, we will move somewhere between the sweeping Between The Buried and Me and the hypnotically meditative pressure of Falllujah.

To make Wayd better, they will take this friendly group from Trnava with them. It will be harder again, FAC sings in both English and Slovak and the work oscillates on the border of rap, hardcore and math metal, but with a view to the composition, they can implement, for example, an accordion. Rage Against The Machine is a place which is worth the attention. While the debut In Oil (2013) was in English, the EP Pretlak is already in the native language and the songs are just good! FAC will probably be the only band you can go to circle pit!
