Krajina Ró (baptism) + Martin E. Kyšperský

The concert of the alternative folk-rock band Krajina Ró with the launch of the new album will take place in September in the Cabinet of the MÚZ. Singer-songwriter Martin Evžen Kyšperský, known from the band Květy, will also perform as a special guest at the event.

THE COUNTRY OF RÓ

In the band Krajina Ró, experienced musician Michal Němec from Jablkón joined forces with the trio The BladderStones and singer Anna Břenková. They will bring their second album Mhlhoviny to Kabinet. The Ró landscape matured on it, slightly compacted and in some places became clearer. A key role during the preparation of the record was played by the musical and human dialogue of Michal Němek and guitarist Tomáš Frolík, two generations younger. The video clip for the title track shot by Dušan Krejdl perfectly illustrates how the band currently sounds and looks live.

Mhloviny is a colorful album, in some places it is rock striking, in others it is even romantically fragile, but above all it is an album of songs. The title track also represents the song position of the band. "We shot the clip for it at Michal Ditrich's Studio Bubny, where Jablkoní and I recorded records. Dušan Krejdl and I followed up on the clip Mirror made in Jámor by Ondřej Ježek. But we managed to create a different atmosphere in a different space and thanks to different effects," says Michal Němec about the clip, which follows the playful video for the single Den co den by Jakub Čermák released in March.
