XCES Liveset (SK)
XCES is a modular band/art collective delivering a post-genre audiovisual experience with an emphasis on topics such as information overload, social alienation through media, meme culture, meta-irony and AI. Their debut "IT'S HAPPENING" flies from electronica to doom metal, experimental rap, poetry, soundscape, to noise territory, and this polystylism seems to be as much homage as parody.
XCES liveset is one of the formats of the collective, a duo consisting of Tomo Michalčák and Štefan Tomko, built primarily on vocals, guitar and electronics.
They play some tracks from the debut "IT'S HAPPENING" and at the same time new tracks as well as remixes/mashups/covers and extensive jamming/experimentation...all in a similar spirit of post-genre, emotionally heightened, ironically undermined, acoustically pressurized and all exclusively for this format.

Chow Czech is a celebration of creative madness, noise, open form and inner expression. He has been on the scene for almost 10 years, after a slight hiatus he is finally coming back to play again in his home Cabinet of the MÚZ.
