Planet on a Chain (USA)
PLANET ON A CHAIN are a relatively new band from Oakland, CA and Austin, TX, formed during the Covid pandemic and their first record on the 625 Thrash label in 2021. In their ranks you will find members of the absolutely essential DIY hardcore-punk and powerviolence bands DEAD NATION, TEAR IT UP, PUNCH, TALK IS POISON, LOOK BACK AND LAUGH, MINDLESS MUTANT or perhaps DEAD AND GONE, who played in Brno as early as 2002. CALIFORNIA LOVE, whose drummer Moses (now drums in P.O.A.C.) in 2007, should also be mentioned he absolutely leveled Jelení in Prague!! It is not surprising then that even in such a short existence they have completed an American tour with, for example, DROPDEAD or GORILLA BISCUITS and three titles on the cult REVELATION RECORDS label. And the last of them is the ass-kicking record "Culture of Death" from this April, with which P.O.A.C. his first European tour with a single stop in the Czech Republic and SK in Brno.
