After last year's triumph at the Colours of Ostrava Zu are going back to where they do the best - to the club. The Italian band which is one onthe greatest hard guitar psychedelia scene, play in Brno for the first time.
They formed under the direct influence of the concert of Swans in 1999, and they managed to move the experimental scene, mainly the part of hard guitars. The Italian trio Zu is famous for its collaboration with Mike Patton (Carboniferous -the breakthrough album came out - like few others - on the label Ipecac), and their scope is much wider. (We can talk about the split with industrial hip hop band Dälek and cooperation with Buzz Osborne of the Melvins or renowned drummer sGabe Serbian (Retox, Cattle Decapitation) and Balázs Pandia (Merzbow, To Live And Shave In L.A.).
