Started by Walter Giardino after the split-up of Rata Blanca in early 1998. When Adrián Barilari replaced to Norberto Rodríguez on vocals, they decided to resurrect Rata Blanca, as Barilari is the most traditional singer in Rata Blanca.
The band was re-activated in 2012 and 2016 and now continues to tour around the world.
