Rytmus, by his own name Patrik Vrbovský, is a Slovak rapper, pop singer and founder of the band Kontrafakt. He is considered one of the most vulgar and most talented in his field in Slovakia. He features a deep voice. In the first half of the 1990s, he has been on the cult selection album of the Slovak hip-hop Sound of the Street. He has a successful album Kral or Fenomen, and in the autumn of 2016 he released a brand new album, Krstný otec.
