Ponk

After their first successful album Postfolklor, for which they were given the Angel Award, the Brno band Ponk is releasing their second album Diedina. No more modifications of folk songs and traditional world music. The trio with Michal Krystynek (vln, vc), Eduard Tomastik (cmb, vc) and Pavel Rajmic (b, vc) have staked everything on both their own music with clear bits of rock, jazz, metal or hip hop and their own lyrics, which on purpose have been sung in Moravian dialects. The album launch party is going to be their first new cast night .
