Miyagi – founder of the Goju-ryu karate school in Okinawa. Under his tutelage, Daniel-San in Karate Kid spends endless hours scrubbing floors, sweeping, polishing cars, painting fences, and catching flies with Japanese sticks to finally enter the path of true karate and learn that love triumphs over lies and hate.
