LUBOŠ POSPÍŠIL & guest: Jan Hrubý

The matador of the Czech music scene with an unmistakable voice is celebrating 40 years since the release of his iconic solo debut, I liked this wind. The baptism of the supraphonic LP-reissue will take place on Wednesday 18.10. 2023 in Brno's Semilass. The legendary violinist Jan Hrubý will come to congratulate and host.
The protagonist's unique tenor will be accompanied, as always, by his loyal, recently rejuvenated band 5P, brimming with contagious energy, i.e. keyboardist and bandleader Ondřej Fencl (Marsyas, Schodiště, Merta, Hromosvod, Mňága...), guitarist Mirek Linhart (including Yo Yo Band), drummer Jakub Nývlt (Sto animals, Oskar Petr band...), bassist Jakub Červinka (Etc, Hundred animals...) and percussionist Michal Hnátek.
An exceptional concert full of musical colors will be conceived as a cross-section of the entire fifty-year career of Luboš Pospíšil, with an emphasis on hits such as Jekyll and Hyde, That's how the earth was created, I can blame both of you, Marylin Good Bye or Private journey to nowhere.
